Quality Management: Our production process is subject to constant control and documentation of the quality management from the entrance of the raw material up to the final product. We are certificated according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
Mechanical treatment/surface technique - perfect for the production run: Beside the products which fall, so to speak, ready from the machine SANDER DRUCKGUSS offers the expert subsequent treatment oriented to problem of the die casting parts.
Procedure – zinc die-casting: SANDER DRUCKGUSS owns zinc die cast machines, on which cast parts with a piece weight of 2 g to 500 g can be manufactured. The alloys ZPO410 and ZPO430 are used, which are fully recyclable.

Procedure - aluminium die-casting: In the field of aluminium die cast, parts with a piece weight of can 2 g to 2,000 g can be produced. All marketable alloys are used. All aluminium cast alloys used by SANDER DRUCKGUSS are recyclable and environmental friendly.
Construction & tool making: In order to obtain a perfect result in die cast production, ideas must already be put in while the construction, which guarantee a frictionless manufacturing process. That demands absolute accuracy!
